A 91-year-old man returned a library book that was 61-years late. Ron Webster of England, checked out a copy of Structure and Function in Primitive Society in 1953, but only recently realized that hadn't returned it. He feared that he would be punished for lateness of the book, but the library staff were more "Amazed" then mad. Webster had his $7,600-late-fee waived on the condition that he lead "exemplary life and return all his books on time."
