I guess ladies are not the only ones enduring social pressure to be good lookin’.
A survey revealed men suffer from appearance-related anxiety too! They admit to spending more than three hours a week worrying about their image. Okay, so it’s not as much as a woman’s average, that number is still a significant jump from a few years ago.
Men say the pressure they feel to look good is on the rise - 75% feel their appearance matters more to them than previous generations. The survey found guys are now dressing to flatter their figure AND one in eight men dieting in secret. Their biggest insecurities? Man boobs, beer bellies, hair, and teeth.
