Healthy Habits DO Mean Longer Life

If you keep your vices to a minimum you really can live longer, that's according to a new study. German researchers studied over 16 thousand people aged 16 to 90 until they died to determine what a healthy lifestyle looks like.

It was found that smokers have a 57 percent higher risk of dying prematurely, and people who smoke, drink, ear poorly and do little exercise have an early death risk that's two and a half times higher than someone who refrains from bad habits. They also found that the impact of an unhealthy lifestyle worsens as a person ages.
