We all want to be perfect. But then again, as Hannah Montana has said... Nobody's Perfect. Thing is, if you are one of those people who constantly pushes themselves to be perfect, it may be adversely affecting your health!
Experts say perfectionists may be at an increased risk of a number of health problems, including insomnia and heart disease. It's in the same tier of risk factors like smoking and obesity. By constantly putting your body under stress to attain an unreachable ideal, you are basically shooting yourself in the foot. So stop comparing yourself to everyone!
