Science Creates Color Darker than Black

There is now a color so dark that our eyes can't see, darker than regular black. A British company created the coating and says that it absorbs 99.96 percent of light, which is the full amount of light the human eye can detect.
The coating is named Vantablack, and creator Ben Jensen says if you created a dress out of it "you would lose all features of the dress. It would just be something black passing through." The super black coating is made out of "very expensive" carbon nanotubes that are ten thousand times thinner than a human hair and ten times stronger than steel.
