What's your favorite TV show? You'd be better off not binge-watching it, finds a new study.
Over 13 thousand people were studied over a span of eight years, and researchers found that those who watched three or more hours of TV per day were more at risk for meeting an early demise.
Study author Dr. Miguel Martinez-Gonzalez says people who watch lots of TV may have a higher risk of an early death because they are more isolated, and so are very lonely with little support. Martinez-Gonzalez points out that there is nothing wrong with watching TV, you just shouldn't watch three or more hours a day.
